輕燒鎂粉是建筑用的人造小型塊材。也被稱輕燒鎂粉燒結磚。實心粘土耐火磚是世界上古老的建筑材料之一,從陜西秦始皇陵到北京明清長城,它傳承了中華民族幾千年的建筑文明史。重燒鎂砂,至今,它仍是國人衷愛的建筑材料。粘土耐火磚就地取材,價格便宜,經久耐用,還防火、隔熱、隔聲、吸潮等優點,在土木建筑工程中使用廣泛。

但是粘土耐火磚的大量生產對我國耕地面積造成破壞。我國人均耕地資源不到世界平均水平的40%,但因城鄉建房燒制粘土耐火磚,一年竟要損毀良田70萬畝。這是2004年在南昌舉行的“南方12省市新墻材研討會”發出的警示。在我國,墻體材料約占整個房屋建筑材料的70%,其中粘土耐火磚在墻材中仍居主導地位,生產實心粘土耐火磚所需的粘土資源更屬可耕地中較優質的粘土,因此,其對土地資源的破壞可見一斑。

Solid clay refractory brick is one of the oldest building materials in the world. From the tomb of Qin Shihuang in Shaanxi to the Great Wall of the Ming and Qing Dynasties in Beijing, it has passed down the history of Chinese civilization for thousands of years. Re-burned magnesite is still a beloved building material. Clay refractory bricks are made from local materials, are cheap, durable, and have the advantages of fire resistance, heat insulation, sound insulation, and moisture absorption. They are widely used in civil construction projects.

However, the mass production of clay refractory bricks has caused damage to China's arable land. China ’s per capita arable land resources is less than 40% of the world ’s average level. However, 700,000 mu of good land will be damaged every year due to the construction of fire-resistant clay bricks in urban and rural areas. This is a warning issued by the "Southern 12 Provinces and New City Wall Materials Seminar" held in Nanchang in 2004. In China, wall materials account for about 70% of the entire building construction materials. Among them, clay refractory bricks still dominate the wall materials. The clay resources required to produce solid clay refractory bricks are more high-quality clay in arable land, so The destruction of land resources is evident.

重燒鎂砂

為轉變這一嚴重浪費土地資源的傳統燒制方式,早在12年前就批轉了原國家建材局等部門聯合下發的“關于新型墻體材料的開發與推廣意見”,并對全國170個大中城市提出了“禁止使用實心粘土耐火磚時間表”。陜西省耐火材料行業緊跟國家政策指導,對耐火材料企業生產粘土耐火磚做出了有效的調整,努力創新,使用環保材料來代替使用粘土,爭取做到使用價值與粘土磚相一致的結果。

下游需求減少粘土耐火磚需求量增速下降。而下游需求又受國家宏觀調控影響,全國耐火材料產量增速放緩,鋼鐵、水泥行業新建產能減少,使得對耐火材料需求增速下降。

因此,從當前政策形勢及行業大環境來看,輕燒鎂粉供給側結構調整已成為鋼鐵、水泥、玻璃等行業未來發展的重點,國家宏觀調控力度在不斷加深加強,因此未來短期內這些行業在新建產能上不可能出現爆發式增長

Downstream demand decreases. The demand for clay refractory bricks has decreased. The downstream demand is also affected by national macro-controls. The growth rate of national refractory production has slowed down, and the new capacity of the steel and cement industries has decreased, resulting in a decline in the growth rate of demand for refractory materials.

Therefore, judging from the current policy situation and the industry environment, the adjustment of the supply-side structure of light-burned magnesium powder has become the focus of future development of industries such as steel, cement, and glass. The state's macro-control has been continuously deepened and strengthened. No explosive growth in new capacity
